After tabbing out of a game, my middle screen began to show those weird pixilated rectangular artifact at the bottoms left of the display - unsure of what it is.

I have restarted my PC, no luck, and I have also reinstalled the graphics card drivers, still no luck. I've swapped around the HDMI cables, and the the artifact stays in the same place on the same monitor. Is this an issue with the monitor? Please help

Is it an AMD card?

Long shot: Try enabling GPU Scaling in Catalyst (switch it back afterwards, though).

Actually, though: its only affecting your middle monitor. I wonder if your card is a little too weak to handle multiple monitors, or maybe that particular monitor itself has an issue.

Try ubsinstalling the nVidia drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller.

http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then see (and tell us) if the problem persists before installing the gpu driver again.
