Budget 400-550$ for a new rig.

Games: MAX SETTING for Dota 2, SC2, CS:go.

 

LOCATION: CANADA TORONTO

 

Items purchased already: Seagate 1 TB Burracada HARDDRIVE, Windows 7, MOUSE, KEYBOARD, MONITOR 19inch.

 

If anyone can suggest me some ideas, if 550$ budget is not enough to play dota 2, SC2, cs:go on ULTRA MAX SETTINGS without lag, then let me know how much more to pitch in to get it done. Will be running dual monitor 19inch and 21inch.
