Weird Keyboard Issue

I am running some older keyboard right now (No branding that I can find, maybe 2007ish). It will only accept one action at a time, so if I am in game and press A and S. It won't go slower and to the left. It just won't do anything. What causes this?

Yeah it's kinda weird to see that on a modern keyboard, but if it has no branding it's probably crap.
