For that budget you used way too much money for case, replace current GPU with R9 270x and get better CPU, and why so much money on PSU?

The motherboard is mATX while the case is ATX. It will fit, but will look a little lost. Also, the motherboard may need a BIOS update before the cpu can be used with it. Going to be more expensive but I would suggest an H97 ATX motherboard. Or mATX and change the case.

 

The psu is larger than needed. I would suggest Antec HCG-520M or SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze. But you could easily get by with Corsair CX430M, Corsair CX500M, or SeaSonic SSR-450RM.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
