Off topic, if you leave an SSD out it will be sorely missed.

it would power it but there wouldn't be much room for expansion in the future I would get a 600 watt if i were you

Oh, didn't really say, I'm taking my 840 Evo out of my laptop when I build this desktop, seeing as this laptop will transition to a server PC.

All looks good but personally I would get the Corsair Air 540 not the R5 as the 540 offers better water cooling paths in the future, and it looks much much much better (IMO)
