Built without a GPU ( for now )

Tiber1337

So my friends desperately needs a budget gaming PC cuz he doesen't have one, gaming isn't an urgent but he needs one for daily use at the moment,  however.

I told him to wait for the gtx 960 or whatever AMD will have to offer as we're close to the releases , so we decided to build a PC and use the integrated gpu from the I5 for now.

I want your opinions if this build will work as I'm not a pro builder, also he can't spend much more on components than these ones already cost. (maybe 20 bucks)

So tell me what should I change in this build if there is anything to change.

CPU : Intel Core i5 4590 3.3GHz box

MB : GIGABYTE GA-B85M-D2V

RAM: Corsair Value Select 8GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9

Case: Segotep SG-W01

PSU : Segotep Raynor Power 550W

HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA-III

Note that in Romania the components are more expensive and that's he can't really afford always go for best quality ones.

thanks

The case is not bad, but change that PSU if you aim to get a GPU in the future.

What kind of PSU do I need? its not going to be any SLI

hmm if its been sitting in stock at the retailer for a while it might have an older bios that doesnt support it. It might support it but i wouldnt bet on it.

look for 1600Mhz ram for couple more fps in games, can usually find it for same price as 1333.
