Ram prblem HELP!

I recently upgraded my 4 gb to 8 with an extra 4gb ram stick but when I opened my pc windows would only boot in safe mode. I ran windows mem check but it didn't find any problems.It isnt a compatabilty issue because the 4 gigs I already had were the same type (kinghston hyperx).

Does it detect all 8gbs in the Bios?

I am having something like that too and I and still haven't found a fix. I even replaced the MOBO since I had the store warranty.
