spike lags?

Hello, i really need help cuz somewhy im get these fps lag spikes on everything im doing even browsing or watching videos please help me it really such to have it check my dx diag i updated all drivers and everything im running win 10 check my dxdiag for more information  :(

What hardware are you running? Is there even proper driver support for W10 yet?
