i need a power supply that is 750-1000W, modular and has a Blue Sleeved cable kit for it

Erm, power supplies that come with blue sleeved cables? I think you are going to have to buy that seperately. Just get an Evga super nova g2 and buy some cables for it.

Well when you say a power supply with a blue sleeved cable kit for it I assume you are looking for one that comes like that stock.

You can buy sleeved cables for pretty much any modular power supply. ModDIY, Ensourced and Lutro0Customs can or do make kits in a pretty decent amount of colours. They can get pretty expensive though.
