I've been able to keep a stable 4.7 Ghz OC on my 4930k since I've had it. I've been trying to push it to 4.8 but it keeps failing on load tests (prime95 blend). What is everyone running their 4930k's at?

I don't have the CPU, but that's a pretty good OC on it. If it's failing on 4.8GHz, I would recommend taking it back to 4.5GHz to be on the safe side.

It's very stable at 4.7 ghz, and it only runs that on load, I'm only pushing 1.38 volts through it and it runs fine, but I've tried everything under 1.5 volts to try to get that 4.8 ghz, so unless I'm tinkering in the wrong settings, I don't think there's anything else I can do.
