Kraken g10 GPU cooling bracket

Does anyone know if it will work on a Gigabyte GTX 970 and if not what models? Since it looks like it would fit really nice with my white/black themed build inside of a NZXT S340

It might fit not sure because Gigabyte isn't using the reference pcb.

yea it seems everywhere i look there are questions about it but it seems no has tried not even the kraken team themselves, i found a post on reddit where a few of the kraken guys were saying they havent even tried they just assume since its non reference it wont
