I tried pushing my G1 GTX 970 to its limits and it did alright in the tests, I tried playing AW and it crashed so I had to restart, underclocked a bit, still crashed so I restarted, right now it did this. Any solutions? This was when trying to open it in safe mode.

When you say "underclocked a bit" do you mean went to stock speeds, or just a lower overclock?

I was already playing it with an overclock of lets say +100 / +300, I tried +150 / +450 and overvolting +83. It crashed then I underclocked to +125/ +300 and it did that.

Well, go back to something that you know was stable and try again.

Hey mate,

I run a GTX 980 and can confirm this happens with me aswell.

Two of my friends who also run GTX 970's get this issue. I'd put cash on driver issues or something on Call of Duties side.

It worked with underclocking it, I think is either drivers or gigabyte/nvidia using cheap ram or blocking it in the bios.
