Hi so I started OC'ing my CPU which had a problem - you can help me by clicking this link

I returned the settings to DEFAULT when I had a unstable OC.
I noticed that my Ram was running at 1333mhz (But its supposed to be running at 1600Mhz)

What i did was I enabled XMP then made the multiplier from 6.7 to 8 to make it 1600Mhz. - My board supports up to 2000Mhz speed.

I booted up, everything was fine then I started having tiny lags/hangs when I open some apps such as Google Chrome which is a ram intensive program.
Note that when I did this only the ram was Touched( CPU & Voltage settings where at default/stock values)

What seems to be the problem?
