Windows wont reinstall

My laptop got the blue screen of death when booting (happened right after bios check so i never made it into windows for a repair). I tried to use my recovery usb to repair windows but that got a blue screen with a different error message.

 

I reformatted my ssd so now it has nothing on it (no OS) and when i try to do a clean install of windows 8.1 it brings up the error message saying my computer needs to be repaired and with the error code 0xc0000001. I cannot do anything after the bios check when booting.

Pop in windows disc or image mounted on usb and install from scratch.

 

Edit: just reread your post. Change your boot priority in bios or spam f11 at launch and select the usb. Problem seems to be that it is trying to boot from the damaged os perhaps.

thats what im trying to do but for some reason it still gives me the error code 0xc0000001
