Can your rig sustain 144 fps in the games you play? (at what settings you want to run). If not, then there's little point to the 144hz component.

In that case yes it's worth it, 

 

you don't need to spend 300 dollars on fans!! And you're better off getting 2,3 or 4 tb drives, as it takes up less space

 

Have you had someone look over the build (on LTT or r/buildapc for example)
