Enthoo Pro Owners Needed!

Hi,

 

I'm planning to get the Phanteks Enthoo Pro and I watched over Linus' review and he states that...

 

  • It is a very good case
  • Has a side (acrylic) window that can be easily scratched
  • Has really bad packaging

 

What I need to know before I order this is that has this happened to anybody else that has owns or owned an Enthoo Pro as I don't want my case to break upon shipping and my window to scratch easily.

Window is awful. Like bad. But you can ask for a replacement from Phanteks. All you need is an invoice and they'll ship it to you for free. Packaging was fine for me. And it is a great case.

Ugh, sucks to hear about the window. Has yours scratched or something and had to be replace? And how long ago did this happen?

It happened immediately. The replacement isn't any better. You can always just get some plxi or glass from someone and put it in. That's what I'm going to do when I get the money.

Depends, look up some places in your area. I'd still recommend the case though. You can't really notice the scratches once you've got a nice looking system in it.

I think the problem with all of phanteks cases, is the fact they're new to the whole sourcing decent material, I' own the Primo, and the Luxe, and although they're built well and have loads of nice touches, the materials used isn't great. The windows scratch very easily, the catches for the fan filter were awefull, until they updated them ( I went though9 on the primo ) , the fan hubs a crap, ( I've had 2 on the Primo, and am waiting for a 2nd on the Luxe ) A new issue is the pcb for the lights in the Luxe, waiting for a new one. I gave up on the included led's on the Primo, and have installed my own. And the biggest thing is the case creaking, when it warms up and cools down, to the point of my dog sh**ting himself eveytime. You'd think I'd learrn my lesson, but they look great, and support, loads of rads. At leat their Customer service is awesome, they no me by name now.

That's just glare. You vast really see the scratches in that picture. Sorry I don't have a good camera or lighting.

Hey guys!

im planing in buying the enthoo pro for my pc build.

this is my first build and would like to customize the case a bit.

one of the changes would be replacing the phanteks logo with my own.

 

my question is if someone has removed the logo and how it looks like without the logo?
