not so EnGenius...

Ok so I came to the LTT forums because I figured this is where the knowledge is... So I'm not a networking pro but I'm no slouch and this EnGenius access point has me stumped. Its an EnGenius EAP350 access point and for some reason I can't secure it. I set up the password and it acts like its fine but when I save and restart the settings are all back to default. I have tried all I could think of but it just resets after all of it. Any help is greatly appreciated...
