1. Budget & Location
My budget is $800 - $ 850. Location is US. I PREFER ONLY NEWEGG, AND AMAZON. And i don't live near a Micro Center.
2. Aim
I want to do a lot of Photo Editing, Web browsing, Watching youtube videos, and some gaming. I only play Counter Strike, Planet Side 2, and Team Fortress, and warframe only since i mostly game on console with friends. I want a case that looks NICE, and has very good cable management. Maybe a Source 212. I want more than two RAM slots. I don't want any Dual Core processor because i personally dislike em. So quad core minimum. I don't need any of the latest features found on motherboards and etc because i'll never use it.
3. Monitors
I need a IPS monitor in the build. I'll buy it at Best Buy. 1920 x 1080p
4. Peripherals
I want a Corsair K65. I want to get into mechanical keyboards, i hate membrane.

5. Why are you upgrading?
I have a crappy core 2 duo laptop.

Monitor and keyboard in budget? what about OS / mouse?

Here's basically a price break down for you:

$850 Remaining

- $120 Reasonable Monitor

$730 Remaining

- $90 Corsair K65

$640 Remaining

- $120 Windows 8.1

$520 Remaining

For $520 you are looking at a dual core, or an AMD Build.

I'm a bit over budget and I didn't fit in your keyboard, I can probably do it if you have an inflexible budget. I did put in an awesome ips display though.

The whole amazon/newegg thing pushed the price up pretty high. :o

If you want to get within budget, you can replace the monitor with a cheaper ips monitor and/or remove the CPU cooler.
