Dam man....thats kinda old crappy board and cpu, the RAM seems good (depending on the Mhz)

are you looking to just upgrade your GPU or looking to maybe upgrade?

im leaving this computer for my mother and im doing a full system build and you DO NOT want to try playing games like farcry 3 on the GT 620

I would go with a r9 280 on high ultra the 1 extra gig of vram extra makes a difference and the r9 280 generally put performs the gtz 760

if you aren't desperate you can get 960 when is comes out. i think it is $100 cheaper than the 970, there isn't much info on it but it says it will come out late January

Im in Australia so that will still be arround 400 dollars but it actually sounds good if I cas save up some money. Thanks for that I didn't know anithing about it

Just keep in mind if you want to SLI to make sure you buy an SLI ready card. And your PCI-e slot is at least 8x and your board supports SLI.

I was going to buy the GTX 750 ti but its not SLI comparable so thats why im going with the GTX 760

760's in SLI are very nice and stable, but not sure if your system can handle it

I cannot upgrade my freaking gpu on the current system that's why I'm building a completely new computer and why I'm asking questions about the gpu
