Computer won`t turn on

So I built this rig about 3 weeks ago everything was fine. Last night I decided to run a 24/hr aida64 test I set it up and ran it for about an hour and a half before I went to bed. Woke up and my system is off so I hit the power button and nothing happens. I try the onboard power and reset nothing. cmos and I see the fans twitch just slightly still nothing. unplugged it from the wall tried a new outlet nope still no good. 

 

i7 5820k oc at 4.7 and 1.42v, custom loop cooling 720mm of 60mm rad temps never went over 80 while I was watching.

asus x99 deluxe board and evga supernova 750w psu if that matters

 

So my question is did I fry my cpu or did something else trip?

I am the one who goes bump in the night... usually making a sandwich.

you say you have a custom loop, any leakage?

Nope levels are the same as they were I check that too

Ok so with some googleing I came across this http://www.overclock.net/a/about-vrms-mosfets-motherboard-safety-with-high-tdp-processors and at the very bottom it says to check if your vrm is dead unplug the cpu connector and try and start. So I did and the fans came on so it's not my psu which narrows it down to the mobo and cpu right?
