I do that, and that's not a problem. Allows you to run intake fans as slowly as possible...

What about very positive? I was going to have everything intake except for the 140 exhaust included at the rear.

 

Well in theory to someone like me who doesn't have a masters in physics or what have you, what will happen is you'll cram loads of air into the case and it will just start leaking out of cracks and all sorts but this will have an effect on temps. As for having a rad as intake, I tested this with my AMD set up and it just heated my PC case up and my temps shot up lol so I just have my rads as exhaust and 2x 140 + 2x 120 fans as intake. My case is the 500R so it's pretty poor in terms of air flow tbh.
