I am only planning to swap out my CPU, motherboard and RAM. My budget is approximately 240 USD, and I will be buying the parts from Hungary. This computer will be used for gaming, games like Far Cry 3, Crysis 3, Metro Last Light, etc. I will be keeping my Gigabyte Radeon HD 6750 OC graphics card, and my 22 inch monitor which runs at 1600x1050.

I am thinking of getting an AMD Athlon II X4 750K (83 USD), 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance LP 1600MHZ CL9 RAM (80 USD). The motherboard I have originally picked is the Gigabyte GA-F2A85XM-D3H (87 USD).
I have recently discovered the Asus F2A85-M PRO motherboard at one store for approximately 107 USD which is a lot cheaper than its price in all the other stores, approximately 137 USD. From what I discovered it looks to be more feature rich than the Gigabyte board. Should I try to squeeze out some extra money and go for it?

I also did some research and found these issues with these boards:
The Gigabyte board can overheat when overclocking, and there can be issues with faster than 1600MHz memory. One case of it dying after a few days.
The Asus board can have issues within the BIOS and the included Asus software. SATA or USB 3.0 ports not working. Board dying after a few days, or after a few months.
I don't know how many of these motherboards were sold so I can't draw any conclusions on how many of them can have issues.
