Help, phone wont show up on Windows 7

I recently updated my HTC ONE M8 Google play to lollipop and I was wanting to download some music I have to my phone. Somehow the phone now won't show up on My Computer. USB transfer is on with the phone, but it wont show up on my PC. What can I do to make it so my phone can make me move files around my phone?

CPU: 5900X   MOBO: MSI Tomahawk x570 
MEM: G.Skill 32gb (2 x 16gb) 3600
GPU: Asus tuf oc 3080

 

May add the other bits of my system later on
