Hey, this is the list of my latest build at around the same price point.

CPU: AMD A8 7600 @3.1Ghz (3.8Ghz Turbo, I plan to adjust the base clock)

Motherboard: MSI A78M E45 FM2+ Socket

PSU: Corsair CX500 500W (Plenty of extra wattage for future upgrades)

GPU: MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr 2GB GDDR5

HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB (As good as HDD's get in my opinion)

RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance Low Profile Blue 1866Mhz (2x 4GB so dual channel)

Case: Cooler Master CN-251

This is a very basic build overall and you might want to consider changing the CPU to something like a Pentium G3258 or bump up to an i5 for a slight/ large performance increase over the A8.

You might also want to consider a slightly better GPU such as the R9 280 which costs a little more but generally pays off in it's performance increase, OR wait for the GTX 960 to come out, something I wish I had done (Too late now though!)

Just a template as you may have different needs but this setup will easily run BF4 on Ultra at 40fps at 1080p.

Good point. maybe make use of the A8 APU.  However that limits you to the R7 240 dedicated card which is a very weak card on it's own, and will struggle running new games at 720p (when the game is not well optimised for crossfire and therefore does not make use of the A8's APU potential.)
