Audio Not Being Detected

No matter what I do or plug in, the audio jack doesn't seem to work. I have been having this issue since yesterday. I was using my headset, then restarted my computer. When it rebooted, they wouldn't be detected anywhere and neither would the mic. Now Nothing I plug into it is detected either.. Help?
