Not powering up

So I just built a pc yesterday, and it would turn on great. Problem was the GPU wasnt sending out a signal to my monitor, so i took it out and tried it with the intergrated graphics. It worked perfectly. Installed OS on it and was done with that. Decided to try graphics card again and of course it didn't work. Took that out and now the stupid thing wont turn on at all. I took it to a repair shop and they had it working! I seen it on. Then when I got home it wouldn't turn on again... I've already tried changing cords and outlets I don't know what to do.

g.skill 8g 1866 ram

asrock z97 extreme mobo

xfx r9 270x graphics card

FPS group raider s 550, 550w psu
