First Build, thoughts and suggestions?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rfFNWZ

This is my current planned build. Is there anything that you would change? Budget is $2000 including monitors and peripherals. Preferred if its around the $1500 mark.

In particular, I'm asking for suggestions for CPU, CPU Cooler, Ram, Mobo, Graphics Card and maybe PSU. Monitor suggestions welcomed.

OS, Headset, Case, and Storage is something that I don't really want to change, but suggestions welcomed.

Planning to use this for light editing and content creation as well as gaming. As for overclocking, I'm not going to go too hard on the OC.

Why MSI GTX 970 rather than the Gigabyte?

A bit better clock speed, better cooling system.

If I may ask, why did you pick the parts you picked. (Excluding Mouse, Keyboard, Headset and Case (Going with S340))

Just out of curiosity, Are there any other cases that you would consider that aren't NZXT?

Well for no optical drive bays, it would be the S340 or H440 for me. With Optical bays, I don't want it with the whole front to be a like the Source 530. If the front is covered or just has a fan grill, that would be fine. Windowed side panel preferred. Size should be similar to S340 though.

I think the BitFenix Shinobi looks really nice, it's about the same size as the S340, and it has optical bays.
