Hello! I'm planning on a new build:

And i'm not sure what exactly the O.C. means, and secondly i've heard that 1.65V Ram is not supported by Haswell. Is this ram compatible with the rest of the build? Will there be any problems ?
The ram will work but you would have to over volt the ram to get the 2400mhz unless you want to run it at a reduced clock rate which wont hurt it or the cpu. Like maybe run it at standard voltage at 1866 maybe. The fact that its advertised as 2400mhz ram just means that its guaranteed to at least be able to obtain that clock rate, but it is capable of running any clock from 2400mhz and lower and in some cases higher. And the O.C. means OverClock.
