There is not PSU because i wasn't able to find my current one and i will probably use it for the new build.

So the motherboard Support for DDR3 3100(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2600(O.C.) / 2500(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2200(O.C.) / 2133(O.C.) / 2000(O.C.) / 1866(O.C.) / 1800(O.C.) / 1600 / 1333 MHz memory modules. And i'm not sure what exactly the O.C. means, and secondly i've heard that 1.65V Ram is not supported by Haswell.
Is this ram compatible with the rest of the build? Will there be any problems ?

The ram will work but you would have to over volt the ram to get the 2400mhz unless you want to run it at a reduced clock rate which wont hurt it or the cpu. Like maybe run it at standard voltage at 1866 maybe. The fact that its advertised as 2400mhz ram just means that its guaranteed to at least be able to obtain that clock rate, but it is capable of running any clock from 2400mhz and lower and in some cases higher. And the O.C. means OverClock.

What psu do you have now....is it decent?

The ram will work fine, never heard of that company before though

I'd also opt for an air cooler instead of a 120mm AIO.

And I'd also aim for a Sapphire, PowerColor, or MSI R9 290 as the Windforce cooler isn't great on a 290.

I have Cooler Master B600 PSU.

About the cooler i was thinking about Noctua NH-U14S (just forgot to change it).

Edit: I found the Gigabyte r9 290 at 170$ that's why i bought it :D

Since the prices are almost the same do you think i should go for this one or buy an 1866GHz running at 1.5V ?

The differences between 1866 and 2400mhz are very small.  It makes almost no difference

The 2400MHz kit will be fine. Just go into the BIOS and select the correct XMP profile and it should work ok.

 Windforce cooler isn't great on a 290.

Are you sure.. Mine's been great, and I live in a warm climate.

I live in Australia. It's just before summer, but still gets quite warm anyhow... the last six weeks I've had a few 35-39*C+ days.

My Room is usually 24-28*c day to day, moreso if my PC is left on all day (and again, esp on a hot day)

My heavily OC'd 1200Mhz GB 7950 was topping out at 66-71*c

My stock GB 290-OC (1040mhz) tops out at 69-72*c

My Case is the CM-N600, WIndforce - It's a great cooler. IMO of course...

Not trying to write your opinion off, but if you say something as if it is factual... make sure that fact is Universal truth first, which you can't.

It works great for many, and the worse situations for others, could be a design flaw or issue with restricted air movement.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

If the prices are about the same go for the higher you never know when you might feel froggy and decide to ramp it up.

While the speeds are faster the timings are usually worse; ultimately theres no difference in what RAM you use (unless your on an APU), and higher speed ram often has instability issues with overclocked cpus.
