RAZER CARCHARIAS problems.

Two months back i bought myself some hyperx cloud gaming headsetets, i was not happy with them and thats another story, but i just got my new razer carcharias. I conncted the USB and windows cant detect the headset, i used my moms old logitech chat headset (25$) and they worked perfectly fine. What is the problem. (My AUX is broken cant use em) for specs look up my profile.
