Need help with planning

So I just received my MSI gtx 970 yesterday and of course I didn't realise quite how long it is and then with my luck my PSU blew up.

This means I need to upgrade *sarcastic yay*.

 

I have an i5 3570k, gtx 970, 8gb ddr3, 1 hdd, 1 ssd, gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H in my build.

 

What PSU would you recommend? (I had a Tesla 750te-br before) Should I go fully modular?

Which case would you recommend? (Has to fit the GTX 970 comfortably, I also didn't realize it's quite a wide card).

 

Preferably I would want to go much over £200 for the two.

Yep, no idea why, just heard a huge bang and sparks come out the back of my pc, was looking at it when it happened. Safe to say I pooped a little.

Those PSU look good, I was also looking at the RM 750w PSU, quick question, whats the difference between the digital and standard?

I had an optical drive in my previous case and was interested in keeping I and that's why I stepped away from the h440. Also my system colour scheme is red and black.

I would say Corsair AX series

For a case, my vote goes to a Define R5.

 

other then that: I hope that your other components are still working after the PSU blowing up thing.

I think I'll get another 750w psu, corsair most likely. Ax, rm or hx is the question.

I'm just stuck between the 450d and the 730t by corsair atm, they're both roughly the same price.

 

Looking at this PSU but wondering if it's worth £25 more than it's RM little brother.
