How do I clear game cache?

I recently have a problem where my steam game won't launch. I think it might help if I clear my game cache. Does anyone, know how to do that?

My situation is very weird, it worked the first time but it never worked again. it just says "rogame.exe is jnot responding." I am using windows 8. thanks!

Go to your steam games library, right click the game you are looking for, properties, local files, verify game cache.
