hey guys n_n .. i want to be able to play PlanetSide 2 without any more freezes - for example : when i get to switch continents or play for atleast 3-4 hours , the game freezes then after it 'comes back' starts stuttering like crazy , no more stable FPS , i'm guessing its the RAM , since it goes up to 3.7GB / 3.8GB (only 2x2GB ram instaled) when the game finishes loading the first time .

The thing is , i kinda need some other parts aswell (monitor- CRT atm , mouse - here's mine now http://i.imgur.com/6RhO0wV.jpg , SSD - only a 500GB WD Black) .. so what parts / things to get first , do you guys recommend , cuz i'm thinking getting a single stick of 8GB ram 1st then a mouse , after that SSD n then a monitor ?

Running Windows 8.1 and here's the rest of the system (good temps btw) http://imgur.com/a/BtFTn#0

CPU : i5 4670k @ 4.2Ghz | Cooler : NH-D14 | GPU : Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 [OC] | MB : Asus Z87-Pro | RAM : A-DATA 8GB 1600Mhz CL9 XPG Black | SSD : 850Evo 250GB

RAM seems to be your issue, you say so yourself and honestly 4 GB or RAM is a bit less then ideal in these days. Personally I'm gonna go with 16 GB RAM soon as 8 GB gets eaten up like you wouldn't believe. Is your mouse bad to use? because if it's not then I'd rather save up for an SSD as that will greatly improve your boot time, and system response.

Sounds like a memory leak perhaps?

When i played Planetside 2, each patch was tempramental. Either the game would run great, or terribad/not at all.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

Last time i ran it on my rig, i could run it all maxed out, with shadows on medium. It's just poor optimization, when the game initially came out, they did fuck all optimization for AMD hardware, and it ran awful. As of now, it's not so bad tbh.
