USB camera issues

So, I have this camera out of a UCreate P6161, and it has 4 LEDs on it for the camera to use. And I can't seem to get them to turn on for the life of me. Is there some kind of software that can force the LEDs to turn on? I've tried the software that it came with, but it refuses to update (which is what is used to make them work).

Are you sure there is no some kind of port for external power? I know it's silly but hey
