The title pretty much explains my issue. I have a gigabyte b75m-d3h mobo , at startup i press del key to get in bios but as it enters then it freezes , sometimes the picture is not completed, the other keys do the same thing. But pc works fine except that my usb 2.0 devices suddenly stop responding , fixed it temporarily by unistalling all usb drivers but it came back .

What shall i do because i am out of options

unfortunately i dont know how to update bios and gigabyte says it is too risky

Do you have a USB keyboard or a PS2? PS2 is the funky lookin ciruclar plug that's half green and half purple on your board. My old X58 MOBO from Gigabyte would lock on the BIOS screen w/out using a PS2 connection for the keyboard, may be worth a try.

If you have a USB->PS2 dongle lying around it's still worth testing it. Other than that, try resetting CMOS and see if you can get in.

Its pretty easy. If you have windows installed, download and install @BIOS. For me its currently really laggy, so I suggest getting file from here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4150#bios and using update from file option. Leave it to install and don't do anything while its going on. It will boot the machine so wait until you are on windows login screen or desktop before trying again. If you haven't got windows yet, you need to put file on USB stick and use Q-Flash feature. Its pretty much same thing after that.
