Case air flow importnat?

I don't have any, so just wondering :D. Max load cpu temps are 60-65°C. Gpu is around 49-53°C when playing CoD2 and LoL

Yes it is. But you could probably get away with bad airflow if you have a watercooled CPU, but if you have an air cooled one air flow is very important

cpu 60-65°C is starting hot. mine only 50°C.

air flow is important to cool the other small component that did not have heatsink or small heatsink

If you think you can improve airflow, by all means do it! Benefit will be greater if your CPU or GPU is air cooled for obvious reasons. But your temperatures look fine to me. I wouldn't worry till I see numbers approach 75.
