weird csgo problem

Guys, Im facing this weird csgo problem where I'm not able to find any comp matches. It takes me 20min Minimum to get single match.... and i can find casual matches in like 1min max(mostly 20sec).....  cant understand whats the problem Im facing here... Coz people from my region who are in my friend list can get matches in 1/2mins max and if i queue up with them then they also start facing the problem i"m facing. have kept my ping to max(which is 350).

The time depends on many factors, from rank, how many players online (with ranks around the same as your rank).

first of all this issue was not there till last month....  my friends from same region can get matches easily.... and I'm silver 2(coz im a dota 2 player not csgo :3) but this left apart i don't understand y i don't get matches when i can get casual matches easily....

You get into casual ranks easily because it just matchmakes with anyone, it doesn't account for rank.

but i was silver 2 last month also... i never faced and issue then.... but y now...

Not sure, I get into games within 2 minutes and I'm Nova 1.
