my friend is upgrading from hs AM1 to a haswell is there a big diffrence from a 4460 and a 4590

 

the price diffrence is $60

 

should he go for the 4460 or 4590

4590 cost 60$ more ?? thats stupid. no its not worth at all for 100mhz more. so he should get the 4460
