You can change a few things in here, like the CPU to Intel G3258 and overclock the cpu if you are up for it. As it is though, I can't say whether dual core will be enough for the new games, but this would be able to play most for sure.

I did mention it in my post. the only reason why I didn't add it cause I wasn't sure if he wanted to overclock as well, so I told him the option below the part list
