Thta would be best.  Better CPU and the GPU will be good enough for 3 years.

Don´t go anymore with 2 Core CPUs... most new AAA games coming out will not work with them anymore.

 

The FX6300 is a cheap budget CPU that isn´t the best in single core calculations, but at least it´s gonna run the games.

 

I.e. Dragon Age Inquisition and FarCry4 won´t be playable with 2 Core CPUs anymore.
