You should get a psu with more watts like 650 watts. 450 does not leave you with much room to upgrade. especially if your going to do overclocking

Looks nice. You need to make sure that all of this fits inside of the case. If the extra money is avaliable, then I would go for the GTX 980 for the more performance, and there isn't much of a difference in prices.

Depending on what you will be using the system for, you might want a bigger SSD and a little bit more RAM, as sometimes when recording my videos, I tend to get high on RAM with my games taking up so much (I have 8GBs)

A GTX 980 is a lot more money than a GTX 970.

true, it just depends on what you are doing and how many monitors you wish to run on your setup.

I currently run 2 with my GT 620 but as I hope to upgrade to a GTX 770, I would like to keep my current and use both to host 3 or 4 monitors with my old GPU running the extra monitors and my new GPU running my middle gaming monitor, as all my monitors vary in size.

Well i don't intend on running more than 3 ever really.. I'm currently only running two monitors which the 970 will support fine. I might mount a 47 inch tv above them just for fun, but that is about it.
