pc is doing something weird

do a system restore to like last week etc 

I was turning off my coumputer and it said it a some sorta of error that memory couldn`t be written to something and then my monitor flickered a few times.Now when I turn on my pc and it gets to windows start animation and my monitor flickers and the drive icon just appears.I can use the pc in safe mode but nothing else.Any help is appreciate.

 

My spec are

 

3570K

8 GB of ram

MSi Z77a-G45

intel 520 240 GB harddrive

asus 650 ti boost OC

antec 620 Watt psu

Install Memtest to a USB or CD. Once you've done that, let it run all the tests and see if it flags a bad stick of RAM. Since you've received the same message about being unable to write data to memory multiple times, then you need to check exactly that: the memory.
