You can't buy one that is decent but you can craft one yourself if you know how to work with moulds and electronics. This is what i found with a quick search http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-PIP-Boy/step2/Hardware/

That's great! Thanks!, I'll check it out more. I want one that can do A LOT. I have big arms and can fit a big pip boy with a lot of stuff in, so I want to make a complete one.
