FullScreen help

Ok so i am thinking about getting a fullscreen account but i really would like to know more about it and what the benefits would be. My youtube channel is my no means popular but i would still like to become a partner and possibly get the tiny bit of money that i might be able to get, to help with proper lighting and sound. So can anyone explain to me what this is, how it works, and anything else that i might need to know.

Honestly right now, if you aren't doing gaming on your channel, I wouldn't partner up with a network. I would just montenize your videos with Google Adsense, as there is no lock-in contract, no requirements for views and subscribers and your not giving a portion of your earnings to another network.

3rd party networks are good (Ex. Fullscreen, Curse, etc) when you've got gaming videos, because you can earn money from gameplay videos and you won't get copyright strikes for it, etc.

Thank you, but i have one question if it for gaming so much then why does linus and jayztwocents use it? Also in making tech video and review there is no sort of copy written stuff that i could get into trouble for without this right? Also as for the adcents if you arnt 18 can you still do it? For your question about Linus and Jay, I'm not 100% sure on how to answer/explain it right now. About the copyright stuff.. The only way you could get in trouble is if your using music, that isn't royalty free, and you want to montenize your video. And I'm pretty sure you can use Adsense without having to be 18, a lot of people do, but if your still worried about that, than go ahead and give it a quick Google search.
