mechanical keyboard for around $100

anfor68

I plan to buy a mechanical keyboard along with the Razer Orochi Blade Edition(it's just green, nothing more to it)

right now I'm looking at ducky shine 2, but that's kinda expensive

so these are the features I want:

cherry mx brown

green backlight if possible

macros are good, but I don't think I'll be using them too much

and lastly, keyboard that is easy to remove so I can change the colors

thanks in advance!!!

backlight mechanical keyboards are all around $130.

and what do you want easily removeable, the LED's or the keycaps?

LED's will always be a pain to remove, and cherry mx keycaps are all easy to remove.

Will work for electronic components and parts

I see. well, I don't really need a backlight and just the keycaps.

I was looking at some das keyboards and they're actually expensive(same with some other manufacturers).

any recommendations for mech keyboard for $100 or less(or around) with either brown or blue?

Check out any CM Storm keyboard, they're very affordable and I know at least one of them has macro keys as well as being backlit.

Are you looking for a full size or tenkeyless?

Rosewill in both blue and brown switches. They are basically Filco's and have a pretty decent build quality compared to other $100 mechanical keyboards.

I'm looking at the Tt eSports Challenger Ultimate. And I know it's not a mechanical keyboard but I think it suits my needs other than not being mechanical. If anyone owned one or is using it, the keys don't light up itself, right? And is there a dofference between mechanical and rubber dome? Because I am using rubber dome right now and it doesn't feel that bad

I just go a CM storm Quick fire with blues (just a fore mention blues are very loud so if you need some thing quiet go browns) and i have got to say that the swicth from membrane to mechanical is amazing i have only had it for a day and i dont ever whant to go back! the typing just feels better and is a much more enjoyable experiance totaly worth the money.
