motherboard?

hallo,

 

i got a question, i dont realy know what mother board to use.. this is my pc set up:

 

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
storage: Samsung 830 Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
             Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
video card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card
case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed ATX Mid Tower Case
power supply:  Corsair CSM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
monitor: BenQ RL2455HM 60Hz 24.0" Monitor 1080p

 

i do not know whath the motherboard sould be? i was thinking between this:

 

1) Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

2) MSI Z97 Guard-Pro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

 

so what sould be best, or you have other suggestions?

 

also another quistion;

when i buy all of this gear.. will all cables i need be included? or do you need to buy thad also?

I'd say MSI, if you mean cables inside the pc then no like power and sata. if you mean for the monitor i doubt it
