Windows server 2012 Virtualbox 1080p problem

So i am trying to run windows server 2012 in a vm but i can only get 4:3 resolutions. and i am trying to get 1080p 16:9

 

I have tryed enabeling 3d accelerated graphics, but it dined work

 

The host is running mac os x yosemite

also, HOST+F brings it to fullscreen

You need to install the guest additions. I believe this is under the devices tab, but I cant check because my Virtualbox is acting up.

Have you installed vmware tools?
