Logitech G710+

rdeng2614

So today, amazon released a sale so that the Logitech G710+ is now 89.99

I was wondering how it would compare to other keyboards like the ones made by Corsair, Ducky, DAS and CoolerMaser considering its price point.

I don't value LED lighting that much and I don't really care for software.

I would like a full size keyboard instead of the tenkeyless or mini size keyboards that some companies offer.

I am looking for Cherry MX Brown switches.

Thanks

I was wondering how it compared with the other keyboards that were around 40-50 dollars more expensive, given that it is on sale right now?

Thanks

It's good if you don't get one like my first one... Still lasted 7 months before it happened. Oh, and that's before the key actually broke.

My second one I had for a day had a weird backlight problem in which some keys had a warm tint some keys, and on my third one - which I'm using currently, the media/win-lock/light control buttons (the non mechanical ones except macro buttons) have a purple tinge, which I cannot be bothered returning.

It's like a nice German car, really damn nice until it breaks down.

Here's my review of it: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/153025-logitech-g710-review/

The funny thing is that I am trying to decide if  I am getting this for christmas or either a Blackwidow 2014 or a 7G

It's not a bug, it's an undocumented feature!

It's a pretty good keyboard if the key caps don't break off.
