OS Not installing from USB

What OS? I recommend you use Rufus to make a bootable drive.

Set the file table to 'GPT for UEFi based computers' and file format to 'FAT32'

Tick all boxes expect for the top one.

Evening guys

 

So i just built a new PC everything is working fine accept i cant i install the OS and it just keeps going straight to the UEFI Bios.

 

Yes i know i could plug in an optical drive but that would be to easy!!!

 

The drives and USB stick is being detected

 

So

 

Motherboard Asus Maximus VII Formula (Latest drivers)

 

Stuff i have tried

 

  • Latests BIOS Drivers
  • Changing the USB stick to FAT32 File type
  • Boot priority's are correct, as in the USB stick is the primary boot device

I know there are alot of videos and information out there but i just still cant get it working.

 

If anyone's got any advice i would be very grateful

What am i using for the ISO image? changing it?

I understand that if this was a download i'd select.

Select the ISO file of the installer. If you have a physical disk, you can use an image creation tool to make an ISO from the disk. Use something like PowerISO but find one that is free

I just downloaded an the ISO file straight from Microsoft, just waiting for Rufus to finish
