So while running games recently ive noticed my GPU is hitting 77 to 80 degrees. Obviously im not very comfortable with that.

For an EVGA GTX 760 SC 2GB is that a normal temperature. Shouldnt the ACX cooling be keeping it a bit colder? I just blew the dust out of this thing which wasnt even that bad in the first place and its still running what id call pretty hot. its winter here so my windows open and my pc is on ground level and the air its getting is pretty cool. The entire case was also cleaned out fully, fans, filters, everything.

do you have it OC'd?

Not this card nope. Hasnt ever been either. the only overclock is its factory "superclock" hence the "SC" in the cards name.
