Some Driver or Port Problem Please help

Hi , well im going to explain my problem at its , and i which you guys can help me whit this....

Yesterday i intall Window 7 Home Premium on my pc , all good , i install all driver , but , before i install the Gpu driver i open the ''Divice Manager'' and i see the default Display adapter was ''Standard VGA Graphics Adapter'' , and my motherboard (MSI 970A-G46) do not have VGA port and my Gpu (Radeon R9 270x) dosent have it too , so , i install the driver from the AMD website , it finish , wen the Pc restart , the screen shows some vertical color lines , and i which was some dust on the motherboard or gpu or ram. I Clean all , and still the same.I decide to unistall the drivers , and the lines go away i was WTF , so the windows install automatic the ''Standard VGA Graphics Adapter'' again.I dowload others before drivers and stil the same and the original CD from the Gpu and nothing. :C
